At Renaissance College, students are selected on the basis of their educational record, the information on the Renaissance College admission application form and in some subjects an assessment of samples of written work and, in most cases, the interviews held. Although entry to Renaissance College is not competitive, we are looking for learning potential rather than factual knowledge and are impressed by candidates who show motivation, interest, initiative and intellectual independence. The average rate of success across all subjects is about 35%, although the rate varies depending on how great the competition is in any one year for any one subject. But don't be put off by statistics! Applications are open to all, and each applicant is considered on an individual basis.

In order to maintain our high standards, academic staff at Renaissance College is directly involved in the preparation of study material, the making of assignments and scripts. More than this innovative potential and faculties of the students are made to work for intellectual development.
Besides this, Renaissance College lays emphasis on Exam-Oriented Textual Studies of Prescribed Syllabi, side by side the reference books and works of critics are taught to enhance the analytical faculty of the students.
